Kerala rtc online booking or ksrtc . keralartc and keralasrtc details are here. The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation has launched online ticket reservation facility with Chief Minister V.S.Achuthanandan at a function held on Wednesday, Thiruvanathapuram. Now, Passengers can book their tickets online through the website www.keralartc.com. Note- The online booking facility would be available for 188 buses only.

Tickets can be booked directly at the Online Reservation Counters at Thiruvananthapuram Central, Kottarakkara, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Kozhikode, Kannur, Bangalore Majestic and Bangalore Satellite stations.Both credit and debit cards can be used for booking tickets at these centres.

Rs.20 will be charged as service charge for online booking. Tickets booked online can be cancelled online.The amount to be refunded will be credited to the bank account. Online tickets cannot be cancelled at other counters. The passengers have to carry the ticket and identity proof during the journey.

For online booking, the passengers have to register their name on the KSRTC website. When name, address and age details are entered, a user name and password will be provided to the passengers to log on to the website. A 24-hour help desk will be functional in the KSRTC Central office. A data centre also has been set up at the Central office.
