  I AM ONE OF THOSE DISAPPOINTED PEOPLE WHO BECOME PRONE TO THERE ILL SERVICES…THESE GUYS MUST WITHDRAW FROM THE BUSINESS……MY DAD SENT THE DOCS TO MUMBAI FOR MY APPLICATION FOR A JOB….I WAS NEVER ABLE TO TrACK THEM DUE TO THERE SICK WEBSITE…..MY DAD WERE UNHAPPY WITH ME SAYING YOU DONT GET TIME TO CHECK THE STATUS OF THE DOCS…..HOW COULD HAVE I SAID THAT WE WERE FOOLS TO HAVE TRUSTED FIRST FLIGHT……I CALL THEM “FIRST FLIGHT THAT NEVER LANDS”…….THEY DONT EVEN PICK THE PHONES TO ANSWER…..THERE BUSINESS LICENSES SHOULD BE SIEZED……

  The wost unedcuated people working in this courier .We have book a consigment for delhi to chennai .But it has gone to pune .For past three days we are tracking but noboyd care for it .Then why hell they having the customer care no. Each and every time they gien fales information .useless fellows

  Dear First flight courier ,
  I have a con no -VB1622117 address to ALMORA (Uttarkhand) currently its showing despatched from Delhi . Let me know if any branch exists in Almora or you have pact with third party .

  The con is containing urgent docs so this time I don’t want any dispute bcoz once already lost .

  AS of now this con no is showing in transit so pls provide your customer no ,have tried no of times at Delhi-011-39444444

  DEFICIENCY IN THE SERVICE AND NOBODY RESPONDS TO COMPLAINTS.
  IT SEEMS AS IF AFTER COMPLAINT THEY INTENTIONALLY DELAY THE
  DELIVERY.
  ON 15th MAY  I SENT A PARCEL WITH TRANSIT PERIOD OF ONE DAY.ON 16th
  FOR THE WHOLE DAY I WAS IN TOUCH WITH THE COURIER AND I WAS TOLD
  THAT THE DELIVERYMAN WAS ON HIS WAY .AT 9.30 IN THE NIGHT WHEN IT DID NOT REACH I SENT A MAIL TO JAIPUR.I GOT NO RESPONSE UP TO 6.30 IN THE EVENING ON 17 TH.DELIVERY IS STILL NOT MADE.ANY NORMAL COURIER COULD HAVE DELIVERED IT UPTO NOW.THE PURPOSE OS SENDING THE PARCEL IS DEFEATED.

  I HAVE BOOKED A PARCEL C/MENT WHICH CONTAINS RAW FISH WITH ICE PACKING TO MUMBAI FROM HABRA, 50km AWAY FROM KOLKATA, THE BOOKING PERSON ASSURED ME TO DELIVERED IT AT DESTINATION THE NEXT DAY WITHOUT ASKING ANY EXTRA CHARGE, 
           IT WAS DELIVERED THE VERY NEXT DAY LATE AFTERNOON, I THINK FIRST FLIGHT IS THE BEST COURIER IN INDIA.
