come to an end, write about your experience during 55-day long annual pilgrimage to the auspicious Amarnath cave shrine concluded on Tuesday on Shravan Purnima, Rakhi – Raksha Bandhan festival day.

No single troublesome incident took place this year, despite the ongoing disturbances in Kashmir. Local residents made sure no pilgrims were harmed. AmarnathYatra concluded with over four lakh fifty-six thousand devotees paying obeisance at the cave shrine of Lord Shiva. The pilgrimage tour started on July 1 from the Baltal and Nunwan base camps simultaneously. The registration process began on June 5 through 121 designated branches of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank.
