I have travelled between BLR and CHN by LUXURIA on 9-12-2010.
The bus journey was smooth but everything else was terrible and the whole thing seems to be an extreme rip off.
• First as a customer experience – bust started late than what it was mentioned as time
• The bus had barely some 10-12 passengers but the attender seemed completely lost
• The gizmos are heavily advertized in website – but attender struggled to explain – the Dish TV was absolutely non functional
• Gourmets food the way it was advertised – is in reality a microscopic burger and brownie with two extra microscopic tetra pack snacks
• Have booked 2 return tickets in advance through full payment from HSR lounge – for CHN=BLR on 10-12-2010 but the sms sent said the seats were booked for 9-12-2010
• On 10-12-2010 morning, driver and at tender was equally clueless again and pushed many passangers who wanted to get a drop in RADHA REGENT to SABRI HOTEL, there was a light ugly argument as well
• Have heard many of my co passengers telling they ll not take the bus in future
The over all experience with LUXURIA is terrible, while this is launched for air pass angers, in reality – what you see is not what you get and the overall experience is sub standard inspite of the bus being comfortable, think you have started on a wrong foot and soon will be extinct if your interface is not elevated in quality as the charges for travelling is 3 times while value delivery is the same
Apr 9th i had booked a ticket through http://www.simplybus.com. from Chennai to Bangalore. PNR No.LUX 4355. due to some technical reasons the trip does not happened and somebody promised that the re-fund will happen 2 days. where as till today i didnt get my refund. am following it up will all, but no response
