Manipur Sangai Fest organized by Department of Tourism, Government of Manipu.Here the promotion of tourism in the state, promotion of indigenous handloom and handicraft products will take place. Health minister Ph. Parijat said that the Manipur tourism once regarded as the “Switzerland of the East”. Survey reports that Manipuris have excelled in almost fields especially in sports, art and culture. The major attractions of the festival are cultural shows of different communities, power-gliding, BMX show, adventure tours, para-sailing, fashion show and other entertainment programmes.
